NATIONAL HUMAN MICROBIOME CORE FACILITY PROJECT ARCHITECTURE

This core integrates the expertise of multiple teachers and, through a client-centric approach, connects academic research, hospitals, and industry, establishing partnerships for mutual referral services. We offer comprehensive microbiome analysis services, from clinical research to animal cell models. We have set up a coordination center to oversee service management and educational training. Each sub-project leverages its expertise to develop analyses and big data databases, and as needed, assembles service teams to provide professional data analysis and consultation services. This forms the backbone of a microbial technology platform to support the needs of relevant domestic industries. The division of labor for sub-project services is as follows:
