You can contact our core facility's administrative window by phone or email, and we will discuss whether project consultation is needed or if you can proceed directly to the case.
Step 2: Project Consultation
The project team will discuss with you to agree on the services currently available, set up the research project structure and timeline. Each project is composed of a combination of proposed service items. After the establishment of the service project, the administrative window is responsible for cross-unit integration, progress tracking and reporting, and confirmation of project execution outcomes.
Step 3: Project Execution
1. Complete the application form (Agree to Download Certificate)(Fill out the example) and return it to the administrative window
2. After verifying the consent form and the details of the service at the administrative counter, inquire whether an estimate and a prepayment receipt need to be issued
3. After submitting the full payment, the case will be formally registered
4. Schedule the service appointment and arrange for document submission
5. The executing unit will perform the experimental operations
Step 4: Project Closure
After the completion of all service items, a service report will be provided, data archiving will be carried out, and a customer satisfaction survey will be conducted before closing the case.
